Product working mode:
Welding Tank Turning Rolls is that an active frame, two motors, and a reducer are controlled by the same AC motor driver to realize the stepless speed change and synchronous operation of the two motors. The motor drives the main drive wheels to work through the drive system.
The pipe or vessel or tank is placed on the main and auxiliary wheels. When the main wheel of rotator is running, the friction between the workpiece and the main wheel of the welding rotor drives the workpiece to rotate. The friction between the rotating workpiece and the auxiliary wheel drives the auxiliary wheel to run. Each self-swinging arm-adjusting roller can drive the workpiece to adjust the diameter by itself, which greatly saves manpower and improves work efficiency.
