This small 50kg Rotary Welding Positioner Turntable is driven by a DC motor, which can realize stepless speed regulation. The controller adopts microcomputer control, which can realize linkage of positioner and welding machine.
Welding positioners also named welding turntable,it adopts professional anti-electromagnetic interference design, which can avoid high frequency interference during argon arc welding. The power system adopts a worm gear reversal mechanism with self-locking function, and the rotation angle of the worktable is 0~90°, which can realize stepless rotation. According to user needs, welding torch head bracket, adjustment mechanism, guide rail and configurable pneumatic center can realize automatic welding of workpieces.
