How to use plasma cutting machine?
1. Contact the workpiece
Touch the torch roller to the workpiece, and adjust the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece plane to 3 to 5 mm.
2. Host cutting
When the main machine is cutting, set the cutting thickness selection switch to high-end, and turn on the cutting torch switch.
3. Plasma arc starting
After cutting through the work piece, move the cutting direction at an even speed, based on the premise of cutting through, which should be fast rather than slow.
4. Finished cutting
Too slow will affect the quality of the incision and even break the arc. After cutting, turn off the torch switch and the plasma arc goes out.
