Introducation
The 30kg welding positioner is a small DC motor driven auxiliary welding equipment, mainly used for ring seam welding, cutting, grinding and assembly. Rated horizontal load 30kg, vertical load 15-20kg, worktable diameter 310-315mm, speed range 0.5-15r/min stepless adjustable. Compact structure, can be placed on a tabletop, especially suitable for repair shops, small processing factories, laboratories and DIY workshops. It can be used with manual welding or linked with automatic welders to form a small automated welding workstation.

1. Precision DC Motor Drive, Stepless Speed Control
Rotary mechanism driven by high-quality DC motor (60-90W), continuously adjustable speed, smooth and stable at low speed. Flexible speed adjustment according to different materials and welding processes.

Worktable can be manually tilted 0-90°, worm gear structure with self-locking function, stable after tilting. Stainless steel ratchet positioning for precise locking at any angle.
3.Center Through Hole Design, Efficient and Stable
Center through hole (25mm or 65mm) allows long workpieces to pass through for clamping. The hole allows shielding gas to enter the pipe interior, providing a stable protective environment for TIG/MIG welding.
4. Anti-High Frequency Interference, Stable TIG Welding
Built-in special anti-EMI design effectively reduces interference from TIG high-frequency arc striking to the controller, ensuring long-term welding stability and weld quality.

5. Timer & Interlocking Control Function
Timer on control panel allows setting welding time, rotation stops automatically when time expires. Supports interlocking between positioner and welder – welding when rotating, stops when stopped.
6. Foot Switch Control, Flexible and Efficient
Three-position foot switch with reset and manual modes: in reset mode, step to start/stop; in manual mode, step and hold to rotate, release to stop, convenient for tack welding positioning.
7. Rich Options, Flexible Expansion
Optional accessories: 200/300mm welding chuck, manual/pneumatic torch holder, pneumatic tailstock, roller support. Pneumatic tailstock provides pneumatic clamping for concentricity; roller support suitable for long workpiece welding.
8. Robust Structure, Wear-Resistant and Durable
Worktable made of 15mm thick 45# steel plate through cutting, heat treatment, bluing, grinding – no deformation under long-term operation. Gears high-temperature quenched for good wear resistance. Dust cover under table prevents spatter from falling onto gears.
