1. Great cutting force. The welding manipulator is generally composed of columns, beams, slewing mechanisms, trolleys and other components. A device that sends and maintains the welding head or welding torch in the position to be welded, or moves the flux along a specified trajectory at a selected welding speed. The roller frame is a device that drives the cylindrical (or conical) weldment to rotate by means of the friction between the weldment and the driving roller. The CNC cutting machine uses a digital program to drive the movement of the machine tool. When the machine tool moves, the randomly equipped cutting tool cuts the object. The strength of superalloy is more than 30% higher than that of ordinary alloy steel for steam turbine. At cutting temperature above 600℃, the strength of nickel-based superalloy is still higher than that of ordinary alloy steel. The unit cutting force of unreinforced superalloy is above 4000N/mm2, while the unit cutting force of ordinary alloy steel is only 2500N/mm2. Hardening tendency is high. For example, the hardness of the matrix without GH4169 strengthening is about HRC37. After cutting with a metal CNC cutting machine, a hardened layer of about 0.03mm will be formed on the surface, and the hardness will increase to HR7, and the hardening degree will be as high as 27%. Work hardening has a large impact on the life of oxide taps and often results in severe boundary wear.
2. Poor thermal conductivity. A large amount of cutting heat generated by cutting superalloys is borne by the tap with an oxidized tip. Under the action of high temperature and large cutting force, the cutting temperature of the tool tip is as high as 800-1000 °C, and the cutting edge will produce plastic deformation. Nickel-based alloys It is mainly composed of nickel and chromium, supplemented by small amounts of other elements such as molybdenum, tantalum, niobium and tungsten. It is worth noting that tantalum, niobium and tungsten are also the main components in the manufacture of carbide (or high-speed steel) oxide-tipped taps, and machining superalloys with these oxide tips can cause diffusion wear and abrasive wear.
