Rust Prevention: Perform anti-rust treatment after each use or periodically. Apply a layer of anti-rust oil or paint to the table surface, especially on areas prone to rust, such as locating holes and T-slots.
Avoid Bumps: Handle the table with care during use to avoid bumps and scratches.
2. Regular Inspection and Calibration
Inspect Connections: Regularly check the table's connections and screws for looseness to ensure the table's structure is stable.
Inspect Fixture Components: Regularly inspect fixture components for damage, rust, or deformation. Repair or replace any problems promptly.
Precision Calibration: We recommend a quarterly comprehensive inspection, including surface accuracy, flatness, and dimensional accuracy of locating holes and T-slots. For frequently used tables, the inspection interval may be shortened. 3. Proper Storage
Storage Environment: Choose a suitable location to store the work platform. Keep the system holes clean and coated with rust-proof oil. When not in use for extended periods, keep the platform clean and coated with rust-proof oil. Take dust-proof measures if necessary.
Avoid Moisture: Keep the work platform and other positioning components away from moisture and water to prevent rust on the work platform surface.
4. Usage Precautions
Avoid Overloading: Do not overload the work platform or apply excessive force to it to prevent unnecessary stress.
Pre-Welding Preparation: Spray anti-splash fluid before welding to prevent welding slag from sticking to the work platform and keep the platform clean.
Proper Lifting: The maximum load capacity of the lifting rings is 2 tons. Do not stand under the platform during lifting or relocation.
5. Maintenance in Special Situations
Humid Environments: If the platform is used in humid environments, pay extra attention to rust prevention to ensure it is rust-free.
Avoid Hard Impacts: Do not use a hammer or other tools to directly hit the work platform or other positioning components to avoid damage to the platform surface.
