1. Preparation before connection
Check the equipment status: Before connecting the power supply, carefully check all parts of the Welding rotator, including rollers, guide rails, motors, etc., to ensure that there is no looseness, wear or other damage.
Check the power supply status: Make sure that the power supply voltage used by the Welding rotator is stable to avoid damage to the equipment caused by excessively high or low voltage. At the same time, check whether the insulation layer of the power cord is intact and whether the wires are broken or exposed.
Wear protective equipment: Operators should wear appropriate protective equipment, such as insulating gloves, etc.
2. Power connection steps
Confirm the wiring diagram: Strictly follow the instructions or wiring diagram of the Welding rotator to connect the power supply and ensure that the wiring is correct, otherwise it is easy to damage the control circuit board.
Connect the power cord: Connect the power cord of the Welding rotator to the power socket or distribution box to ensure that the connection is firm.
Grounding protection: The outer shell of the Welding rotator must have a good grounding wire to prevent electric shock accidents caused by leakage.
Close the switch: first close the two-pole switch in the control box and turn on the power.
3. Start and run
Check the direction of rotation: After turning on the power, first check whether the rotation direction of the roller frame is consistent with the required direction.
Adjust the speed: When starting the motor, adjust the speed knob to the low speed position to reduce the starting current, and then adjust to the required speed according to the operation requirements.
Change direction: When the direction of rotation of the workpiece needs to be changed, the reverse button must be pressed after the motor stops completely.
4. Precautions
During welding operations, the welding machine ground wire cannot be directly connected to the roller frame to avoid damaging the bearing.
Non-electrical personnel are prohibited from installing or repairing the primary wire of electrical devices and welding equipment.
When closing the knife switch, the left hand should be used to close the switch, the human body should stand at an angle, the head should be on the side of the switch, and the gloves and shoes should not be wet.
