1. Clean the equipment regularly
Cleaning external parts: Clean the external parts of the welding machine regularly, such as the chassis, head, cable, etc., to ensure that the surface of the equipment is clean and free of dust and debris.
Cleaning the flux recovery device: Regularly clean the blockage on the screen of the flux recovery device to prevent flux accumulation from affecting the operation of the equipment.
Cleaning internal parts: Regularly use clean and dry compressed air to blow away the dust inside the welding machine, especially the gaps between the transformer, reactor coil and coil rolls and power semiconductors.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
Lubricating rolling bearings: Lubricate each rolling bearing with lithium-based grease, and it is recommended to replace it once a year.
Lubricating reducers: Lubricate the cycloid pinwheel reducer and the walking secondary reducer with No. 30 mechanical lubricating oil, and replace it once a year.
Lubricating the screw rod: Lubricate the screw rod with lithium-based grease, and it is recommended to add it every half a month.
Avoid excessive lubrication: Do not over-lubricate when filling oil to prevent environmental pollution and waste of resources.
3. Check the electrical system
Check the power cord and plug: Check the power cord and plug of the equipment regularly to ensure that the power cord is not damaged or leaking.
Check the circuit connection: Check the circuit connection regularly to see if it is normal and the switch is flexible to ensure the safe use of the equipment.
Check the cooling system: Check the cooling system of the equipment regularly to ensure good heat dissipation and avoid overheating and damage to the equipment.
4. Check the mechanical parts
Adjust the gap between the guide rails and guide wheels: The gap between each guide rail and guide wheel should be adjusted regularly to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
Check the insulation board: The welding nozzle and the welding wire are insulated from the machine head with an insulation board. The insulation board should be checked regularly for wear and tear. If it is found to be worn and cracked, it should be replaced in time. Short circuit is absolutely not allowed.
Check the wire pulley: The wire pulley should slide flexibly without obstruction or jamming. If it is blocked and jammed, it should be repaired in time and should not be used forcibly.
5. Replace wearing parts
Replace worn parts: Some parts of the equipment, such as electrodes and gas nozzles, will wear out as the use time increases. Regularly check the wear of these parts and replace them when necessary to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
6. Calibration and adjustment
Calibrate welding parameters: Regularly calibrate and adjust welding parameters, including welding current, welding speed, welding pressure, etc., to ensure that they meet the design requirements of the equipment.
7. Train operators
Correct equipment operation: Training operators to use the equipment and guiding them to properly operate, maintain and service the equipment can ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment.
