3. Component Inspection: Check for blockages in the positioning holes and T-slots, and for loose support bolts to ensure the platform is level and stable.
Regular Maintenance Plan
1. Weekly Maintenance: Check the platform's flatness (error ≤ 0.1mm/m) and hole spacing accuracy (deviation ≤ 0.05mm).
Clean impurities from the T-slots and apply grease to moving parts to maintain flexibility.
