1. Exhaust treatment
Exhaust treatment is usually only used for local operations on the cutting surface, especially the control of local airflow, so that the local workplace will not be polluted by harmful substances, so as to maintain a good air environment. A general local exhaust fan unit consists of a hood, ducts, purification system and fans. According to different gas collection methods, local exhaust can be divided into fixed local exhaust system and mobile local exhaust system.
The fixed local exhaust system is mainly used in large-scale CNC cutting production workshops. The operating places and workers' operating methods in this workshop are fixed, and the position of the gas collecting cabinet can be fixed at one time according to the actual situation. The mobile local exhaust system has a relatively flexible working state, and can adopt different working postures according to different working conditions to ensure processing efficiency and operator convenience. Digital dust and harmful gas purification systems usually use a combination of bag type or electrostatic precipitators and adsorbents, with high processing efficiency and stable working conditions.
2. Adequate ventilation
Comprehensive ventilation, also known as dilution ventilation, is to dilute the concentration of harmful substances in the indoor air with clean air, so that the concentration of harmful substances in the indoor air does not exceed the maximum allowable concentration specified in the hygiene standard, and continuously discharge polluted air to the outside or collect and purify. .
General ventilation includes natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation. In foreign countries, natural ventilation is usually used for outdoor CNC cutting operations or outdoor CNC cutting, while mechanical ventilation is usually used for indoor operations. Through the axial flow fan installed on the wall or ceiling, the welding fume in the workshop is exhausted to the outside, or purified by a purifier and then recycled in the workshop, so as to reduce the concentration of soot in the workshop. Purified air circulation solves the energy loss in the workshop and has been widely used abroad.
