I. Preparation Before Use
1. Site Selection
Choose a flat, sturdy surface to avoid shaking that could affect accuracy.
Leave 1.5-2 meters of operating space around the workbench, away from vibration sources.
Maintain ventilation to remove welding fumes.
2. Platform Cleaning and Inspection
Wipe the work surface clean with a special cleaning agent to remove dust and oil.
Check the surface for scratches, dents, and ensure the positioning holes are intact.
3. Tool and Fixture Preparation
Prepare welding machines, welding torches, and other tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
Select fixtures that match the platform's slots for quick positioning.
II. Installation and Positioning
1. Platform Assembly
Assemble the modular platform according to the instructions and secure it with special bolts and clamps.
Tighten the bolts in sequence to ensure the platform is flat and stable.
2. Workpiece Positioning
Use the positioning holes, T-slots, and other structures, combined with positioning pins and blocks, for initial positioning.
Measure and adjust using calipers and a dial indicator to ensure accuracy.
3. Fixture Installation and Clamping
Install and clamp the fixture according to the workpiece positioning.
Check the flexibility of the moving parts of the fixture; repair any damage promptly.
III. Welding Process Control
1. Welding Operation
Maintain the correct welding posture, ensuring the welding torch is at the appropriate angle and distance from the workpiece.
Weld in the predetermined sequence to avoid missed welds or weld deviations.
2. Quality Monitoring
Observe the weld formation and penetration depth, adjusting parameters promptly.
Control the welding heat input to prevent workpiece deformation.
IV. Maintenance and Care
1. Daily Cleaning
Wipe the working surface clean after each use and apply rust-preventive oil.
Apply grease and cover with a protective film when not in use for extended periods.
2. Accuracy Check
Measure the accuracy periodically; adjust or scrape to restore accuracy if it decreases.
Check for blockages in the positioning holes and T-slots.
3. Fixture Maintenance
Clean impurities from the fixture surface and apply lubricant to moving parts.
Store in a dry place according to category and label properly.
