Improper air input, over-regulated or malfunctioning air filter regulators can cause high operating pressures. To solve these problems, be sure to carefully observe the output pressure of the air compressor before use. If the pressure is not satisfied, adjust or repair the air compressor, check whether the air filter pressure reducing valve is normal, adjust it correctly, and ensure that the input air is dry and oil-free. Regularly perform routine maintenance and maintenance on the air filter regulator. If the input air quality is poor, the pressure reducing valve will be contaminated with oil and the spool will be difficult to open. In addition, if the air pressure of the torch nozzle is too low, the pressure reducing valve should be replaced in time.
2. Improper installation of cutting nozzles can also lead to insufficient working air pressure. When installing the cutting nozzle, if the screw thread is not tightened, or the improper adjustment of each gear will lead to insufficient working air pressure, it can be solved by simply installing the cutting nozzle and adjusting the gear. When using, it is necessary to use circulating water for cooling, if the flowing cooling water and frequent arcs are not introduced as required, the cutting nozzle may be damaged. When the cutting nozzle is used for water cooling, the cooling water can be circulated in advance. At the same time, when the CNC plasma cutting machine is working, the distance between the cutting torch and the workpiece should be adjusted according to the thickness of the workpiece.
3. When the internal circuit components of the CNC plasma cutting machine fail, the input AC current is low and the arc is unstable. Before use, check whether the carrying capacity of the power grid connected to the cutting machine is sufficient, and whether the specifications of the power cord meet the requirements, which effectively avoids the failure of the internal circuit components of the cutting machine. There should be no large electrical equipment and no electrical interference when using the cutting machine. Be sure to clean the dust and dirt when using it, check whether the telecommunication is aging, and replace it immediately.
