The submerged arc welding H-beam gantry automatic welding machine is mainly composed of a gantry, a welding arm and a carriage, a welding gun mechanical tracking device, a flux processing system, an electric control system and a submerged arc welding power supply. The gantry mainly supports each part and drives each part to walk at the welding speed. The lower part is two walking beams, and the gantry is driven by two AC motors to walk on the steel rail through a reducer. The walking speed of the gantry is adjustable, and can be adjusted to the required welding speed by the inverter. It also has a fast return function. At the end of the walking beam, there are two pairs of guide wheels close to the side of the rail to ensure stable walking. The operating platform is set in the middle of the material support frame. The welding arm and the carriage are installed on the gantry, and the carriage is equipped with multiple sets of supporting wheels to tightly lean on the rails that move up and down and left and right. Through the worm gear reducer-rack and pinion pair, the carriage can be manually adjusted to move left and right, and the motor-worm gear reducer-rack and pinion pair can drive the welding arm to move up and down. The welding gun mechanical tracking device is installed at the lower part of the welding arm, and the wire feeding mechanism is installed on the welding gun mechanical tracking device. The welding nozzle is always aligned with the welding seam and maintains a certain gap with the welding seam. A pair of guide wheels are close to the two sides of the welding seam of the workpiece. When the welding seam is bent left and right, the upper cross slide of the guide wheel is adjusted in the left and right directions by the elastic action of the spring; when the welding seam is bent up and down, the guide wheel drives the cross slide Make adjustments in the up and down directions; the entire welding gun mechanical tracking device can be adjusted slightly.


The flux processing system consists of a flux hopper and a flux recovery machine. The flux hopper and the flux recovery cylinder are respectively installed on the two welding arms. The two flux recovery machines are placed on the platform of the gantry; the flux flows from the flux hopper through the valve to the welding arm. On the welding seam, the welding nozzle is followed by welding. The flux recovery pipe collects the remaining flux into the barrel at the rear of the welding nozzle. After being screened by the screen, it enters the flux hopper through the valve, and the dust is sucked into the flux recovery machine. The flux remains in the recycling barrel. The electrical control system is composed of an electric control box and two operation boxes. The control box is installed on the walking beam under the gantry. The two operation boxes are installed in the middle of the gantry, and they are used to realize all the actions of the gantry.
