Three factors affecting the welding effect of automatic pipe welding and precautions for use

1. External factors. In the actual welding process, external factors cannot be controlled. At present, some Jinan pipeline automatic welding equipment does not have the ability to adjust and rationalize according to the situation, and cannot feedback relevant information in a timely manner, so it is easy to affect the welding effect.

2. It is difficult to weld complex products. At present, this welding method has attracted much attention and is particularly convenient. However, because it cannot meet the welding effect of complex products, the welding effect may be poor when welding these products. Therefore, when complex products need to be welded, if special attention is not paid to careful processing, the accuracy of the welding equipment may be affected due to the welding relationship.

3. Other factors. Welding thermal deformation is prone to occur during welding, and edge errors are prone to occur during thermal deformation. Moreover, since the changes during this process are completely unpredictable, the welding quality may also be abnormal.

Precautions when using automatic pipe welding:

1. When installing and using automatic pipe welding equipment, it must be installed as required, especially when installing an electric heating carbon dioxide pressure reducer. If installation is not required, the pressure reduction effect may not be good.

2. Preheat before use, and control the preheating time between 5 minutes and 10 minutes so that the equipment can be used more normally.

3. When opening the bottle to control the speed, usually as long as the speed is controlled at 5 degrees per second, you can see the pointer of the pressure gauge moving, and it can be released only after it stops at the appropriate scale.

4. Before automatic welding, pay attention to whether the air switch in the electrical box is in normal use. At the same time, check whether there is any leakage of new electrical equipment and the equipment itself in the electrical box. If necessary, it must be dealt with immediately.

5. Pay attention to whether the indicator light of the electrical box displays normally. If there is any abnormality, it must be removed before proceeding to the next operation.

6. During use, pay attention to whether there is lubricant in the transmission. If any abnormality is found, correct maintenance methods must be selected.
