Key Lubrication Areas
1. Rolling Bearings: Lubricate through the oil cup on the bearing cover. Sodium-based grease is recommended. ZG1-5 calcium-based grease can be used as bearing lubricant and should be replaced regularly.
2. Transmission Gears: Before first use, remove the gear guard and apply a suitable amount of grease to the gears. Sodium-based grease is recommended. During operation, grease can be added through the grease hole on the gear cover. Foreign matter must not fall into the gears.
3. Cycloidal Pinwheel Reducer: Before use, add grease as required. Grease-2#, molybdenum disulfide-2#, or 2L-23 lithium-based grease is recommended. The amount of grease added should be 1/2-1/3 of the reducer's volume. Avoid adding too much grease, as this will generate stirring heat. The reducer should be replaced after the first 300 hours of operation and every six months thereafter.
4. Motor: Inspect the motor bearings and regularly replace with grease or other suitable lubricant. Lubrication and Maintenance Key Points
1. Regularly check for sufficient lubricating oil and grease to ensure all moving parts are properly lubricated.
Avoid over-lubrication, as this may contaminate the welding process.
2. Before restarting a welding roller stand that has been stored for an extended period, the grease must be replaced to avoid damage to the machine.
3. Never operate any transmission components without lubrication.
