1. Gearbox lubrication
Inspection frequency: Check the oil level once a month.
Refueling frequency: When the oil level is lower than the indicator line, add lubricating oil in time.
Oil change frequency: Replace the oil of all reducers once a year.
2. Slewing bearing lubrication
Refueling frequency: Refuel grease once every six months.
3. Lubrication of other moving parts
Daily lubrication: Before, during and after each use, moving parts such as rotating gears and flip gears should be lubricated.
Regular inspection: Regularly check the lubrication of guide rails, sliders, lead screws and nuts to avoid dust accumulation and weld scattering affecting the flexibility of moving parts.
4. Vulnerable parts such as chains
Inspection and maintenance: Chains are easily damaged parts and need to be disassembled at least once a year for inspection and treatment.
5. Other precautions
Cleaning and maintenance: After each welding operation, the welding slag and other dirt on the workbench should be removed in time to avoid damage to the equipment.
Environmental cleanliness: Keep the environment around the equipment clean to prevent dust and oil from contaminating the equipment.
