1. Mechanical parts inspection:
Regularly check the mechanical transmission system, including the wear degree, lubrication condition and positioning accuracy of key components such as gears, ball screws, and guide rails.
Check whether the connectors (such as nuts, bolts, etc.) are loose and ensure that they are tightened in place.
2. Lubrication maintenance:
According to the instructions for use, regularly add an appropriate amount of lubricating grease to the gearbox, ball screw and other transmission parts.
Check whether the lubricating oil circuit is unobstructed and clean the oil circuit that may be blocked.
3. Electrical system and gas circuit inspection:
Check the core components such as motors and circuit boards, as well as the contact condition of the wiring terminals and plugs.
Check whether the cables have aging, cracking and other problems, and replace damaged parts in time.
Check the patency of the gas system, whether the pipeline has air leakage and whether the pressure is qualified.
4. Encoder inspection:
Check whether the encoder wiring is loose, whether the encoder disk is contaminated, and whether the signal output is accurate.
2. Maintenance precautions
1. Develop a scientific maintenance plan:
Develop a reasonable maintenance plan based on actual use to avoid frequent changes that affect production progress.
Light maintenance can be arranged weekly or monthly, and heavy maintenance can be performed during equipment overhaul.
2. Use qualified spare parts:
When replacing parts, qualified spare parts provided by the manufacturer must be used to avoid using parts that do not meet quality standards.
3. Keep the working environment clean:
Ensure that there is no dust, oil or other impurities around the equipment to avoid contaminating mechanical parts and control systems.
After each maintenance, clean up residual lubricating grease and waste, and establish a complete maintenance record file.
4. Safe operation:
Maintenance personnel must have relevant skills and wear protective tools.
The power must be cut off before maintenance, and obvious signs must be set.
5. Clean the equipment regularly:
Clean the surface and interior of the welding positioner to remove impurities such as welding slag and dust.
Use a soft brush and detergent to clean the surface of the equipment, and use a special electronic cleaner to clean the circuit board.
6. Check the power supply and cable:
Regularly check whether the power cord and grounding wire are intact to avoid safety accidents caused by line failure.
7. Check the moving parts:
Check whether the transmission parts are seriously worn. If worn, they should be replaced in time.
8. Check the control system:
Check whether the control system is normal, including buttons, switches, sensors, etc.
9. Lubrication work:
Use appropriate lubricants and apply them evenly to the lubrication parts to avoid uneven or excessive lubrication.
10. Maintenance work:
Analyze the cause of the fault before maintenance and formulate a maintenance plan.
After the maintenance is completed, test the equipment to ensure that the fault is eliminated.
