1. Equipment inspection

Cable inspection: Check the integrity of the equipment cable, and repair it in time if it is broken, broken, or has poor contact.
Limiter inspection: Check whether the flip limiter is sensitive and reliable.
Rotation and flip gears: Check the rotation gears and flip gears, remove dirt and add lubricating oil in an appropriate amount.
Installation position: Ensure that the equipment is installed on a strong ground to avoid the risk of equipment tipping over during flipping operations.
Welding power supply and gun: Check whether the welding power supply and welding gun are in good contact, and whether there are problems such as short circuit and leakage.
2. Workpiece inspection
Workpiece weight and center of gravity: Ensure that the total weight of the workpiece and its center of gravity eccentric moment do not exceed the rated parameters.
Workpiece clamping: The workpiece clamping must be positioned as required, and the nuts, bolts, and top screws of all fixtures must be tightened and the pressure plate must be pressed firmly. After the clamping is completed, a test run is required to check and confirm that the installation is stable before formal operation.
Workpiece rotation range: Check whether there are other objects within the reach of the workpiece rotation to avoid collision.
3. Operation environment inspection
Workspace: Ensure that there is enough space in the operation area to prevent the equipment from colliding with other objects during operation.
Ground conditions: Ensure that the ground is flat and stable without sliding or unstable factors.
4. Personal protection inspection
Labor protection supplies: Operators must wear appropriate labor protection supplies, such as protective clothing, protective glasses, gloves, etc.
Long hair treatment: Female workers must tie up their long hair to avoid danger during operation.
5. Other precautions
Equipment abnormality: If the equipment has abnormal sound or failure, it must be stopped and reported to the maintenance personnel for maintenance. It is strictly forbidden to operate the equipment with illness.
Hoisting workpiece: There must be no large swing when hoisting the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from damaging the fixture.
Precautions after work completion: After the work is completed, all switches and devices should be restored to their initial positions, the power switch should be turned off, and the site should be cleaned up.
