1. Mechanical parts
Transmission parts: including gears, ball screws, guide rails, etc., need to regularly check their wear, lubrication, positioning accuracy, etc., and replace parts with abnormal wear or failure signs in time.
Connectors: Check the looseness of nuts, bolts and other connectors to ensure that they are tightened in place.
Chain: Chains are easily damaged parts and need to be disassembled at least once a year for inspection and treatment.
Bearings: Check the wear of bearings and replace severely worn bearings in time.
2. Lubrication system
Lubrication maintenance: According to the requirements of the instructions for use, regularly add appropriate amount of lubricating grease to transmission parts such as gearboxes and ball screws, and check the patency of the lubricating oil circuit at the same time, and clean up the oil circuit that may be blocked.
Use of lubricant: Use appropriate lubricant and apply it to key bearings, hinges and other parts, but be careful not to apply too much to avoid the accumulation of oil stains.
3. Electrical system
Electrical connection: Check the contact condition of core components such as motors and circuit boards, terminals and plugs, and whether the cables are aging and cracking. For abnormal components, repair or replace them in time.
Circuit accessories: Check circuit accessories regularly to maintain a firm and reliable connection.
Controllers, sensors and motors: Check these components regularly to see if they are working properly, and clean and maintain them.
4. Air system
Air system inspection: If the positioner uses pneumatic components, check the patency of the air system, whether the pipeline has air leakage, and whether the pressure is qualified, which is particularly important for the normal operation of the cylinder.
5. Encoder
Encoder inspection: As a key sensor, the encoder needs to check whether its wiring is loose, whether the encoder disk is contaminated, and whether the signal output is accurate, etc., to ensure the reliability of the encoder.
6. Safety device
Safety equipment: Check whether safety devices such as safety doors, protective covers, and emergency stop buttons are operating normally. If there is any abnormality, repair or replace them in time.
7. Workbench and fixture
Workbench cleaning: After each welding of the workpiece, remove the welding slag and other impurities on the workbench in time.
Fixture inspection: Check whether the fixture is damaged or worn to ensure that it can firmly clamp the workpiece.
8. Limit switch
Limit switch inspection: Regularly check the flexibility and reliability of all limit switches.
