1. Equipment Inspection and Maintenance
Equipment Inspection: Before use, carefully inspect all components of the welding roller stand to ensure they are intact, especially the rollers, bearings, and transmission mechanisms, to ensure proper operation. Check the power supply, wiring, and controller for safety and reliability.
Grounding Inspection: Ensure the equipment is securely grounded. Do not operate ungrounded equipment.
Regular Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment, including cleaning the surface, lubricating moving parts, and checking bolt tightness.
2. Operator Safety
Personal Protection: Operators must wear appropriate protective equipment, such as welding helmets, gloves, long-sleeved clothing, safety shoes, and protective glasses.
Operator Training: Operators should receive training on the use and key operating points of the welding roller stand.
Safe Position: Operators should stand in a safe position and avoid getting too close to the equipment to prevent injury.
3. Safe Work Environment
Work Area Cleanliness: Ensure the work area is clean and tidy, and remove any materials that could cause fire. Good Ventilation: Welding operations generate hazardous gases and fumes. Always operate in a well-ventilated environment or use exhaust ventilation.
Fire Prevention Measures: Keep firefighting equipment readily available, keep the work area clean, and avoid the presence of flammable materials or flammable gases in close proximity to the welding rollers.
4. Workpiece Placement and Operation
Workpiece Stability: Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped or supported on the rollers to prevent movement or shaking during welding.
Workpiece Placement Tips: Place the workpiece steadily on the rollers, ensuring its axis is parallel to the roller axis to avoid uneven rotation due to misalignment.
Avoid Impact: When hoisting the workpiece, avoid impacting the rollers to prevent damage to the rollers or other components.
5. Electrical Safety
Power Supply Check: Ensure the power supply is properly grounded and use a standard power cord and plug.
Wire Inspection: Regularly check the power cord and plug for damage, and keep electrical components dry and clean.
6. Operation Monitoring
Equipment Operation Monitoring: During use, the operator must regularly check the equipment's operating status to ensure it is in good working order. Strictly Prohibit Human-Machine Separation: During operation, personnel must not be separated from the machine, and no one is allowed to stand within the workpiece's rotating radius.
7. Emergency Response
Emergency Response Plan: In the event of an emergency, ensure that an appropriate emergency response plan is in place, including the location and use of fire extinguishers.
8. Equipment Usage Limitations
Load Capacity: Welding rollers have specific load capacities and usage limitations. Do not exceed their load capacities or operating limits.
Environmental Requirements: Welding rollers should be operated in a dry, ventilated environment, away from adverse factors such as humidity and high temperatures.
9. Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance
Equipment Cleaning: After use, clean and maintain the equipment promptly, removing debris from the surface and lubricating key parts.
Rubber Wheel Protection: Rubber wheels are suitable for operation only at room temperature. Under special circumstances, the temperature at the contact point between the workpiece and the rubber wheel must not exceed 75°C.
