D16 Welding Tables
Overview
D16 welding tables is a common model of modular welding table, usually made of high-strength steel (such as Q235 or S355JR), designed for precision welding, assembly and inspection. The "D16" in its name may refer to hole spacing specifications (such as 16mm or 16mm series modular systems), or manufacturer-defined model classification. Core design features
Modular orifice system
Hole pitch specifications: common 16mm × 16mm or 16mm × 50mm matrix holes, compatible with M8/M10 standard fixture components, support multi-angle positioning.
Material and surface treatment: The steel plate is sandblasted/galvanized to prevent rust and withstand high temperature (withstand welding splashes above 800 ° C).
Thickness: The thickness of the countertop is usually 12-30mm, ensuring rigidity and reducing thermal deformation.
High strength frame structure
Main frame is welded with square steel or I-beam, with a static load bearing capacity of 1-5 tons (depending on the size) and a dynamic load capacity of ≥ 500kg.
Optional casters (with locking function) are available for easy movement and fixation.
Extended Compatibility
Supports 3D fixture systems (e.g. quick clamps, angle adjustment blocks, V-shaped positioning pins) for complex workpieces.

Use and maintenance recommendations
Installation: Ensure the level of the table (calibrated with a level) to avoid positioning errors due to tilt.
Cleaning: Clean up welding slag and debris daily, and regularly apply high-temperature anti-rust oil to protect the hole wall.
Safety: Avoid direct hammering of the table surface. Heavy workpieces need to distribute the load evenly.
