A:Yes. The bench supports manual welding operation. It can also be integrated into robotic welding stations as the base work platform for automated fixture positioning.
Q2:What is the difference between nitrided surface and painted surface for welding bench?
A:Nitriding is a metallurgical surface treatment instead of surface coating. It will not peel off like paint. It provides stable anti‑spatter and anti‑abrasion performance for long‑term welding work.
Q3:Do you supply matching fixture accessories together with the welding bench?
A:We provide full series supporting accessories including locating blocks clamping elements positioning pins and shim plates. Customers can order full set or only the bench body according to demands.
Q4:Is table flatness guaranteed after long‑term heavy load usage?
A:We apply professional stress relief treatment during production. Under normal operating load, the table keeps its flatness specification. Overload impact should be avoided to prevent unexpected deformation.
