The installation of the H-beam through shot blasting machine is completed and enters the use stage in Fujian Province.
In order to maintain the normal operation of shot blasting equipment, steel shots must be selected correctly, and the following points must be achieved:
1. Check the screw conveyor frequently. When the diameter of the blade wears out 20mm, it should be replaced in time.
2. Frequently check and clean up the debris on the screen of the pill-sand separator, and replace the screen if the screen is worn out in time.
3. Add or replace the lubricating oil in time as required.
4. Check the wear of the guard plate frequently, and replace it in time if it is severely worn.
5. Frequently clean the sanitation around the shot blasting machine equipment, and clean the scattered projectiles in time to prevent the operator from slipping and causing personal injury.
6. Check the floor nut frequently to avoid damage caused by loosening.
7. Frequently check whether the belt of the hoist is loose or skewed. If this happens, adjust and tighten it in time.
8. Frequently check the wear of the shot blaster blades, the blasting wheel, and the directional sleeve. When the thickness of the blade is evenly worn by 2/3, it should be replaced in time. When the width of the blasting wheel window is about 1/2, it should be replaced in time. When the wear width of the window is increased to 15mm, it should be replaced in time
