This 3 ton welding positioner is medium-load automatic welding auxiliary equipment, adopting integral stress-relieved steel frame, hard tooth surface reducer and frequency conversion stepless speed drive.
It can rotate and tilt workpieces to flat welding position, greatly improving circular weld uniformity and reducing operator labor intensity. Widely matched with MIG/TIG/SAW welding machines for mass production of medium-sized metal containers, pipe fittings and mechanical components.
