Product composition
Welding positioners can be divided into three categories according to their structural forms:
1.Outrigger welding positioner
Suitable for turning and displacement of small workpieces, the load capacity generally does not exceed 1 ton
2. Seat welding positioner
The most widely used welding positioner, the load capacity is generally 1-200T
3.Double seat welding positioner
Has high stability, suitable for turning and displacement of large and heavy workpieces, and the load capacity is generally above 50T

Feature
1. Elbow welding positioner is mainly composed of worktable rotating device, tilting device and electrical control system.
2. Through electric tilt and rotation, the elbow welding positioner can make the workpiece in the ideal working position.
3. The worktable rotation adopts stepless frequency conversion control to achieve the best welding speed.
4. The remote control box is used to realize the remote operation of the workbench, and it can also be connected with the operating machine to realize the linkage operation.
5. The reserved interface realizes the linkage work with the manipulator, and the suspended automatic welding machine realizes the automatic welding center.
