I. Tool Preparation
Level: Select an electronic or frame-type level with an accuracy of 0.02mm/1000mm or higher.
Adjustment Tools: M12-M16 adjustment screw wrench
Cleaning Supplies: Special cleaning cloth and rust-preventive oil
II. Operating Steps
Cleaning and Inspection: Wipe the workbench surface and the level's measuring surface clean with a cleaning cloth.
Place the Level: Place the level on the workbench and observe the bubble position.
Adjusting Screws:
Bubble to the left: Tighten the right adjustment screw.
Bubble to the right: Tighten the left adjustment screw.
Repeat the adjustment until the bubble is centered, achieving an accuracy of 0.05mm/1000mm.
III. Verification and Maintenance
180° Retest: Rotate the level 180° to confirm the bubble is still centered.
Rust Prevention: Apply rust-preventive oil immediately after adjustment to prevent oxidation.
Regular Inspection: Repeat the adjustment every 3 months. If the accuracy decreases, re-scrape and polish.
