How to use?
1. Preparation
Check whether the modular table and clamping accessories are intact, and clean the surface of the platform.
Determine the size, shape and welding process requirements of the workpiece to be welded.
2. Assemble the platform
According to the shape of the workpiece and the welding requirements, select the appropriate number and type of standard modular units, and assemble them into the required platform structure using bolts, quick-locking pins and other connectors.
3. Position the workpiece
Place the workpiece on the assembled 3D welding table.
By adjusting the position and height of the modular unit, use tools such as jacks and support blocks to make the workpiece reach the accurate welding position and ensure its stability.
4. Clamping and fixing
Use angle, spacer block, and other clamping devices to firmly fix the workpiece on the platform to prevent movement during welding.
5. Perform welding
Perform welding operations according to the predetermined welding process parameters and sequence.
6. After welding is completed
Release the clamping device and carefully remove the welded workpiece.
Clean and maintain the platform for next use.
