1. Be familiar with the equipment and operating procedures
Understand the equipment: The operator must be familiar with the working principle, structural characteristics and operating adjustment methods of the H beam welding machine.
Master the procedures: The operator needs to master the operating procedures and be clear about the operating process and potential risks.
2. Check the work site
Clean up debris: No debris should be piled on the rail surface and on both sides. The work site should be cleaned regularly to ensure that the gantry moves smoothly and steadily.
Check obstacles: Before moving the machine, check whether there are piled objects or raised cutting waste on the cutting table. If there are any, they must be removed before the machine can be moved.
3. Check the equipment components
Check each component: Before use, check whether each component of the equipment meets the safety requirements, such as whether the gap between the guide rail and the guide wheel is appropriate, whether there is any blockage in the screen of the flux recovery device, etc.
Check the insulation board: The welding nozzle and the welding wire are insulated from the machine head with an insulation board. The insulation board should be checked regularly for wear and tear. If it is found to be worn and cracked, it should be replaced in time. Short circuit is absolutely not allowed.
Check the wire pulley: The wire pulley should slide flexibly and should not be blocked or stuck. If it is blocked or stuck, it should be repaired in time and should not be used forcibly.
Check the electrical part: The electrical part should be checked at any time, and the operating performance should meet the standard specifications. The monitoring and display components should be normal, without abnormal noise, vibration and odor, overheating or discoloration.
4. Lubrication and maintenance
Lubrication equipment: Lubricate regularly according to the instructions.
Maintenance equipment: The operator is responsible for keeping daily operation and maintenance records.
5. Check welding materials
Check welding materials: The selection of welding materials should be strictly in accordance with relevant regulations. Before use, they should be carefully checked. Any welding rods, welding wires, fluxes and other welding materials that are found to have peeled coating, contamination, deterioration, moisture absorption, agglomeration and rust should not be used.
6. Wear labor protection products
Wear protective equipment: When operating the machine, sparks, slag splashing, heat radiation, smoke, dry noise, light and other phenomena will occur, so labor protection products should be worn neatly.
7. Check the gas source
Check the gas source safety: Before operation, check the gas source safety and check whether there is any gas leakage. If there is any abnormality, shut down the machine in time, cut off the power supply, check and eliminate the fault before operation.
