Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection: Before use, check whether the equipment is working properly and ensure that all components are correctly installed and fastened in place. Check whether the power cord and control line are intact and the grounding is reliable to avoid safety hazards caused by electrical failures.
2. Protective equipment: Operators must wear personal protective equipment such as protective clothing, protective glasses, gloves, etc. to prevent splash damage.
3. Working environment: The welding site should be equipped with corresponding fire-fighting equipment and maintain good ventilation to prevent fire and accumulation of harmful gases. The working environment should be kept dry and clean to reduce the erosion of dust and moisture on the equipment.
Operation process
1. Familiar with the manual: Operators should carefully read and understand the product manual, understand the performance parameters, operating procedures and safety warnings of the equipment.
2. Speed limit operation: When adjusting the speed of the rotary table, follow the speed range recommended by the manufacturer to avoid overspeeding and causing equipment damage or safety accidents.
3. Load limit: Do not overload, ensure that the working load is within the designed load capacity of the equipment, and avoid structural damage or safety accidents.
4. Emergency stop: Be familiar with the location and use of the emergency stop button. Once an emergency occurs, press it immediately to stop the equipment.
After operation
1. Clean up the site: After the welding operation is completed, the site should be cleaned up in time, the power should be cut off, and you can leave only after confirming that there is no fire source.
2. Equipment maintenance: After the work is completed, clean up the welding slag, oil stains and other debris on the work surface in time to keep the equipment clean and prevent corrosion and wear. According to the requirements of the manual, regularly add appropriate lubricants to the transmission parts to ensure smooth operation and extend the service life.
Other precautions
1. Prohibited behavior: It is prohibited to smoke, drink, and play during operation. It is prohibited to operate mechanical equipment that is not related to you.
2. Working at height: When welding or cutting at height, you must wear a safety belt, take fire prevention measures around and below the welding, and there should be a dedicated person to supervise.
3. Special workpieces: When welding pressure vessels, sealed containers, oil drums, pipelines, and workpieces with flammable gases and solutions, the pressure in the containers and pipelines should be eliminated first, the flammable gases and solutions should be eliminated, and then the toxic, harmful, and flammable substances should be flushed.
