The 2D Flexible Welding Table is a flat, modular fixturing platform designed for fast, repeatable workpiece positioning. Unlike 3D tables with side holes, this 2D table focuses on a large, precision ground flat surface with a grid of 28mm diameter holes on a 100mm x 100mm spacing. The 1000 x 1000mm square format gives you 1 square meter of working area – ideal for small to medium fabrication. Made from high-strength steel with an optional nitrided surface, this table accepts standard 28mm modular accessories (clamps, pins, stop blocks) for flexible fixturing. It is simpler, more affordable, and easier to maintain than 3D systems, making it perfect for shops that primarily work on flat or moderately complex assemblies.

A:2D tables have holes only on the top surface – flat and simple. 3D tables have holes on top and sides for vertical clamping. Choose 2D if you rarely need to clamp from the side.
Q:2.Why 28mm holes instead of 16mm?
A: 28mm holes accept larger, heavier-duty clamps and pins. This is a heavy-duty 2D table for structural work and larger fabrications.
Q:3.Does the table come with clamps and accessories?
A: The table includes only the precision ground surface. We offer 28mm starter kits (clamps, pins, stop blocks) as add-ons. Ask about our kit options.
Q:4.Should I choose the nitrided surface?
