Workbench Body:
Material: Usually made of high-strength gray cast iron (HT250-300) or stress-relieved steel. Cast iron has good shock absorption properties, which can effectively absorb welding stress and reduce deformation.
Tabletop: Covered with precision-machined holes arranged at standard intervals (commonly 100mm, 50mm, or even 25mm). The most well-known systems are Bluco's Ø28mm grid hole system and HALDER's MULTIFIX Ø16mm system.
Precision: The flatness of the tabletop, the dimensional accuracy of the holes, the accuracy of hole spacing, and perpendicularity are all very high (usually with tolerances within a few hundredths of a millimeter), which is the basis for the precision of the entire system.
Modular Fixture Components:
Basic Components: Bases with locating pins of standard diameters (such as Ø28mm or Ø16mm), which serve as the installation interface for all components.
Locating Components: Locating pins of various specifications, locating stops, V-blocks (for cylindrical workpieces), flat stops, etc., used to determine the position of the workpiece.
