3D Welding Table With Fixtures For Car

The usage process is similar to "building blocks":

Preparation: Determine the points where each component needs to be supported and fixed based on the car's engineering drawings or maintenance plans.

Layout and Setup: Precisely install various positioning blocks, support blocks, and clamping tongs on the grid holes of the 3D welding platform. This process requires extremely high precision because the position of the fixtures directly determines the dimensional accuracy of the final product.

Part Installation: Place the components to be welded (such as steel pipes, steel plates, and body panels) on the set-up fixtures, use the positioning system to ensure they are in place, and then fix them with clamping tongs.

Welding Operation: At this point, all parts are in an ideal and stable position, allowing welders to perform welding with confidence without having to distract themselves from holding the parts steady.

Disassembly and Conversion: After welding is completed, loosen the fixtures and take out the finished product. If another unit of the same model needs to be welded, all fixture positions remain unchanged, enabling rapid and consistent mass production.
