3D Table Locking Bolt

The 3D platform locking bolt (quick locking pin) is used to maintain the positioning and locking between components. It can link all systems of the welding table or perform clamping work. It is easy to operate and the clamping area is adjustable.

Locking pin features:

1.D28*50mm, D28*75mm quick locking pin and countersunk head locking pin can be locked and released in 3-5 seconds;

2. The surface is smooth and has been nitrided and hardened to achieve higher accuracy.

3. The O-ring can prevent the locking pin from slipping during use and can also clean the positioning hole.

4.5 beads move from the center to the outside, making the clamping force on the hole larger.

5. The bottom chamfer allows the locking pin to be easily and accurately inserted into other fixtures and 3D flexible welding tables.

There are four types of locking pins, quick locking pins, countersunk head locking pins, external hexagonal locking pins, and wrench locking pins. Quick locking pins are divided into long type and short type. The short type locking thickness is 25X2=50mm (two plates thick); the long type locking thickness is 25X3=75mm (three plates thick).

Steps for usage:

1. Rotate the screw to make the five balls fall into the lock pin.

2. Insert it into the standard hole, and then rotate the screw clockwise so that the ball inside the lock pin protrudes and is tangent to the lower end of the platform or other accessories.

3. Use an Allen wrench to tighten the lock pin (usually manual tightening is enough, use an Allen wrench when strong force is required).

4. When taking it out, rotate it counterclockwise a few times until the ball sinks into the inside of the lock pin, and then take out the lock pin.
