Working Principle
This 600kg welding turntable adopts high-power drive motor paired with heavy-duty worm gear reduction box to output constant large torque, driving large workpieces to rotate at uniform low speed.
The hydraulic tilting assembly lifts and flips the whole turntable smoothly to convert vertical/horizontal welding into flat welding.
PLC system synchronizes rotation speed with welding equipment to eliminate uneven weld bead, welding skip and slag inclusion defects for thick-wall workpieces.
