Automatic Pipe Welding Manipulator
The welding boom normally used together with welding machine & flux recovery system (for SAW welding). Its structure including stationary type, the stationary and rotating type, and the all orientation type. The movement of the boom is adopted with frequency conversion control, and also you can select PLC programming controller, which is good in mechanic precise, is accurate in positioning. We are able to design and manufacture special manipulators for our customers.
Product Composition
The mechanical part of this machine is mainly machine base, key clamp, mandrel, axle end bracket, walking car. The longitudinal seam welding can be completed with the corresponding cross slide frame (including arc length control and transverse pendulum), wire feeder, cable assembly, trachea, water pipe, inspection instrument and circulating pump, etc.
