Introduction
The LMH series Beam Welding Line Machine produced by Wuxi Lemar Machinery is mainly used for submerged arc welding of H-beams. The beam welder has a high degree of automation, simple and convenient operation; the welding head has functions such as vertical lifting and angle adjustment. In order to meet the needs of different welding workpieces, the flux is conveyed by gravity and recovered by a negative pressure vacuum machine; the two welding heads can be welded at the same time or separately.

Conveyor system: heavy roller/chain conveyor, up to 50 tons, equipped with anti-offset guide mechanism.

Welding head: Cantilever type or gantry type structure, equipped with automatic tracking and swing function.
Positioning fixture: Hydraulic clamping + pneumatic pressing, adapt to different section sizes (such as H-beam height 200-1200mm). Control system: PLC + industrial computer integration, support offline programming, weld path planning and fault diagnosis.
