H-beam Flange Straightening machine is a kind of H-beam straightening equipment developed byour company.Its main transmission system is adopted with 22KW motor and driven by cycloidal gear speed reducer,with high transmission efficiency and rapid straightening speed.All the straightening rollers are all made of quality steel ,and have gone through advanced heat-treatment,insuring long-term stability and usage without defects as crack,etc.Besides,all the parts and components are reinforced.The machine is equipped with operating box so as to ensure easy operation.

Working principle
Through hydraulic or mechanical pressure, combined with multiple sets of adjustable correction rollers, precise pressure is applied to specific parts of H-beam to gradually eliminate bending, twisting and other deformations. Some high-end models are equipped with sensors and numerical control systems, which can detect and automatically adjust correction parameters in real time.
