JZJ-600 is for ≤20mm flange thickness straightening and JZJ-800 is for ≤40mm flange thickness straightening.
Heavy steel Hydraulic straightening machine:
YZJ-60B is for ≤60mm flange thickness straightening and JZJ-800 is for ≤80mm flange thickness straightening.

They all use hydraulic correction, and the main drive adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducer + gear reducer transmission, which is high efficiency and fast.
The straightening rods of the Flange straightening machine are made of alloy steel and have been heat treated to avoid the defects of cracks in the parts. The front and rear rollers are adjustable lifting type, and the design is more reasonable.
