Basic Platform:

Made of high-strength materials to ensure no deformation during long-term use.

The platform surface is covered with positioning holes at standard intervals (usually φ28mm holes, matching 16mm or 18mm threads), which is the basis for the modularization of the entire system.

Special Door Fixture System:

Door frame positioning fixtures: used to accurately fix the outer frame profiles of the door frame, ensuring the rectangularity, diagonal accuracy and overall dimensions of the door frame.

Door leaf positioning fixtures: used to fix the door leaf panels and inner frameworks (such as reinforcing ribs, lock boxes, etc.), ensuring the door leaf is flat and free from welding deformation.

Hinge plate positioning module: ensures the accurate installation position of hinges, guaranteeing the perfect fit between the door leaf and the door frame.

Lock hole/lock positioning module: accurately pre-positions the lock box and lock hole.

Quick compressors: used to firmly press the workpiece onto the positioning block before welding to prevent movement.

Modular support elements:

Including various support angle irons, vertical rods, connecting blocks, positioning pins, bolts, etc. These are the "bridges" that connect fixtures to the platform and build a three-dimensional fixture system.
