1.Platform Main Body (Main Table)

Material: Usually made of high-strength ductile iron (such as QT500-7) or high-quality carbon steel (such as Q345B). Cast iron platforms have good shock absorption, wear resistance, and excellent long-term precision stability; steel structure platforms have higher initial strength and are more suitable for ultra-heavy loads.

Craftsmanship: Undergoes secondary tempering (annealing) treatment to completely eliminate internal stress, ensuring that it will never deform under years of use and heavy loads. The working surface is precisely milled and ground, with extremely high flatness.

Hole System: The tabletop is covered with standard positioning holes (D16 for small and medium parts, D28 for heavy and large parts). These holes are precision-machined by CNC machine tools to ensure high precision of hole positions.

2.Fixture and Positioning System

Positioning Elements: Precision positioning pins, positioning stoppers, V-blocks, angle locators, etc., used to determine the accurate position of the workpiece.

Clamping Elements: Various lever-type, screw-type quick clamps, pressure plates, etc., used to firmly press the workpiece onto the positioning elements.

Supporting Elements: Support blocks of various heights, extension blocks, fine-tuning jacks, etc., used to support the workpiece from different heights to prevent welding deformation.

3.Auxiliary Structures (Accessories)

Base: Equipped with rigid legs or heavy-duty industrial casters (liftable), facilitating movement and fixation.

Connectors: Special T-bolts, nuts, washers, etc., used to firmly lock functional modules onto the platform holes.
