Hole design:

Holes on the platform have different specifications, with common round holes with a diameter of 16mm or 28mm, and the hole spacing also has corresponding standards. For example, the hole spacing of D16 series is 50mm ± 0.05, and the hole spacing of D28 series is 100mm ± 0.05. These holes are used to install positioning pins, locking pins, etc., to realize the rapid connection and positioning of various positioning and clamping devices.

Operational principle:
Various positioning and clamp devices are quickly connected to the pin holes of the platform by the bolt to make rapid and accurate positioning and clamping of various shapes. At the same time, according to the shape, size and welding process requirements of the workpieces, the layout of the platform and the position of the tooling can be combined and adjusted in the three-dimensional space to realize the welding and assembly processing of different workpieces.
