Q:1.Why choose D16 over D28?
A:D16 (16mm holes, 50mm grid) offers finer positioning for smaller parts and is more affordable. D28 (28mm holes, 100mm grid) is for heavy-duty work. D16 is the standard for most shops.
Q:2.What sizes are available?
A: Standard sizes: 1000x1000, 1000x1500, 1200x2400, and 1500x3000mm. Custom sizes available on request.
Q:3.Does the table include clamps and accessories?
A: The table includes only the precision ground surface. We offer D16 starter kits (clamps, pins, stop blocks, angle blocks) as add-ons.
Q:4.Should I get the nitrided surface?
A: Yes for most shops. Nitriding prevents spatter sticking, resists rust, and extends table life to 5–8 years. The cost is minimal compared to replacing an untreated table.
Q:5.Can I use accessories from other brands?
A: Yes. D16 is an industry standard. Any D16 accessory (16mm shank, 50mm grid) from any major brand will fit.
Q:6.What is the lead time?
A:15–25 business days for standard sizes. Nitriding adds about 5 days. Rush orders available.
