Answering the following questions can roughly help you understand our products.
Q:1.Is the table completely flat out of the box?
A: Yes. The D16 is stress-relieved and surface-ground to an accuracy of ±0.5mm over the entire 2000mm length. No shimming required.
Q:2.Does it come with clamps and accessories?
A: The table includes the steel plate and underframe only. However, we offer a "Starter Kit" (6 clamps + 4 stops) at 15% off when purchased with the table.
Q:3.Will the 1000x2000mm size fit through a standard doorway?
A:It is a large unit. It arrives via pallet freight. The legs are typically removable (bolt-on design), allowing the top to be carried in by two people.
Q:4.How do I prevent rust on the top?
A: The anti-spatter coating helps, but for long life, wipe down with a light oil (WD-40 or similar) after heavy use, especially in humid climates.
Q:5.Can I bolt this down to the floor?
A: Absolutely. The adjustable floor pads have pre-drilled holes for anchor bolts to eliminate any walking or vibration.
Q:6.What welding machines work best with this table?
A:Arc welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) and resistance welding are ideal. The table provides excellent mass and grounding stability. Avoid direct torch brazing on the surface without a heat shield.
