D28/D16 Nitrided Welding Table 3000x2000mm
Introduction
Aperture: Our welding tables generally have two apertures, D16 and D28. The hole spacing is 50mm or 100mm.
Nitriding treatment:
A surface chemical heat treatment process forms a high-hardness and wear-resistant nitride layer (such as Fe₃N) on the surface of steel by nitriding.
Advantages: Improve the wear resistance of the table top (2 to 3 times higher than ordinary carbon steel), high temperature oxidation resistance and resistance to slag adhesion.
Size: 3000×2000mm (length×width) welding tables, suitable for welding medium to large workpieces.

Unique advantages of nitriding process
Wear resistance: The surface nitrided layer can resist welding slag splashing and tool scratches, prolonging the service life of the tabletop.
Deformation resistance: High-hardness surface layer + internal tough substrate reduces tabletop warping caused by thermal stress.
Antirust ability: The nitrided layer has certain corrosion resistance (superior to ordinary carbon steel) and is suitable for humid or dusty environments. Maintenance-free: Compared with galvanized or sprayed countertops, the nitrided layer does not need to be regularly recoated with an antirust layer.
