Products maintenance

1. Check whether the water flow is smooth and whether the transformer, thyristor and other components are working normally every day;

2. Check whether the cooling system is smooth and whether the water pipe joints are leaking every month;

3. Check whether the water pipes are aging or damaged every year;

4. Use lubricating oil suitable for cylinders and keep sufficient lubricating oil in the oil mist;

5. Set standard welding parameters to avoid using excessive current to weld small workpieces;

6. Adjust the speed of the welding head to avoid excessive speed causing impact force, resulting in deformation of the workpiece and accelerated wear of mechanical parts.
