02.Is 3D Welding Tables Nitriding Necessary??

Therefore, whether nitriding is needed depends on the specific application scenario and requirements.

03.What is the difference between Grey cast iron and Steel Welding Tables?

Cast iron welding tables are usually made of gray iron (HT300) or ductile iron (QT500). They have the advantages of good wear resistance and vibration absorption, are not easy to deform, and are not easy to form welding slag.

Steel welding tables are generally made of Q345 material and are assembled and welded by steel plates. Compared with castings, steel platforms are harder, but the price is relatively high, and it is more difficult to clean welding slag during use.
