HGZ-40 self-aligning welding rotator consists of one drive unit + one idler unit.
The swing arm auto-adjusts roller spacing to center workpieces without manual adjustment.
Rated load:40Ton, suitable for cylindrical workpiece Ø600~4200mm.
Widely applied in pressure vessel, boiler, petrochemical tank, wind tower & steel structure circumferential welding, lining & polishing. CE certified, customizable for 380V/415V global voltage, match with SAW welder & welding manipulator for full automatic welding line.
