- Pretreatment Processes:Strict blanking, cutting and integral welding process. Overall stress relief annealing to eliminate welding deformation and ensure structural stability.
- Surface Cleaning:Remove welding slag, rust and oil stains thoroughly by shot blasting and manual polishing, smooth surface without burrs, laying a good foundation for painting.
