Introduction

Sand Shot Blasting Machine is a kind of through shot blasting machine. Controlled by the electric speed regulating roller conveyor, the steel structure or steel is sent to the shot blasting area of the cleaning machine room. The surrounding surface is affected by strong and dense projectiles and friction from different coordinate azimuths, causing it to scale, rust and stain. It comes off quickly, and the surface of the steel is smooth with a certain degree of roughness. It is used to clean the outdoor rollers on both sides of the unloading workpiece at the entrance and exit.

Working principle

Shot blasting: Use a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the projectile to 60-100m/s, and spray it directionally to the surface of the workpiece.

Circulation system: After the projectile and impurities are filtered by a separator, they can be recycled and reused.

Dust removal and purification: Supporting dust removal equipment absorbs dust to ensure environmental protection standards.
