After the H-beam assembly is qualified, it is hoisted into the gantry-type automatic submerged arc welding machine for welding. Before welding, remove rust, burrs, oxides, oil and other impurities in the weld area.
First, install the arc-striking board and arc-extinguishing board of the same material as the components at both ends, and the length of the weld lead should not be less than 50. If the plate thickness is less than 40mm, each weld is fully welded once, and then turned over accordingly. If the web thickness is greater than 40mm, each weld shall not be fully welded at one time. Flip and rotate multiple times to reduce welding distortion.
